This episode of Caleb With Curls is all about cars! We had a great time making this episode, visiting the San Diego Automotive Museum and the Diamond District Street Fair! If you liked my shows on trains and rockets, you’re going to LOVE this show!!

San Diego Automotive Museum

The San Diego Automotive Museum is at Balboa Park in San Diego, CA. They have a large variety of vintage automobiles and motorcycles from all over the world. When we visited, they had an exhibit called “Japanese Steel,” which included several different Japanese made cars over the years.

There were also a lot of fancy vintage cars in an exhibit called “Cars and Society.” There were some really beautiful cars there from the 1920s and beyond.

My favorite part was the area for kids. They played movies, and there was a place for you to play in a racecar and on a motorcycle. They also had a table where you could color pictures of some of the cars in the museum.

San Diego Diamond District Street

On August 12, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. there was a fun street fair in the Diamond District. I ran into some people that I have done different things with at the fair.

This is Ms. Debbie. She and I did a photoshoot together!

This is Lady R.O.C. She interviewed me on her radio station!

One of the best parts was the Impalas Car Club of San Diego had a lowriders show! There were so many amazing cars at the event that it was hard to get them all on video. This was also the first time that mom gave me the camera, so I could show you my skills with the “Caleb Cam!”

The San Diego Police Department’s Low Rider – “The Guardian”

Whaaaattt? Were you as excited as I was to find out that the SDPD has its very OWN low rider?!? There were a lot of police at the event, and I stopped to say hello to as many as I could.

I was so excited when I was able to jump in the passenger seat of “The Guardian,” which is a lowrider that the SDPD Historical Association uses for community outreach and events. To learn more about “The Guardian,” you can check out their website http://www.sdpolicemuseum.com/Guardian.html.

Thank you for watching! Please be sure to share Caleb With Curls with all of your friends and family!!
